Authorize the Public Works Director/City Engineer to process change orders in an amount not-to-exceed 10% of the total construction management contract amount up to $17,960 for a total not-to-exceed contract amount of $197,561 if needed; and 5. Approve the Total Project Cost (Enclosure 3).
