1. Approve the plans and specifications for CIP No. 50053, Annual Signing and Striping Improvements Project; 2. Award a construction contract for a not-to-exceed amount of $61,544 to Chrisp Company for the Annual Signing and Striping Improvements Project, CIP No. 50053; and authorize the City Manager to execute the contract (Enclosure 1) in a form approved by the City Attorney; 3. Authorize the Interim Public Works Director to process change orders, as needed, in an amount not-to-exceed $9,200 (approximately 15% of the total contract amount) for construction contingency; and 4. Approve the Notice of Exemption (NOE) for the subject project and authorize the City Clerk to file the NOE with the County Recorder, in accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA).
