Approve a resolution determining that the repair of the storm drain at 8672 Pico Vista Road constituted an emergency, and that it was necessary to perform said work without the benefit of formal bidding; 2. Ratify the emergency repair to the storm drain at 8672 Pico Vista Road and authorize payment to Sancon Technologies Inc. (Sancon). in the amount of $186,635; 3. Amend the fiscal year (FY) 2021-22 adopted budget by appropriating additional funding in the amount of $50,000 in Measure W Funds to Account No. 209.70.7300.54500-50040 (Measure W Funds); and 4. Approve the Notice of Exemption (NOE) for the subject project and authorize the City Clerk to file the NOE with the County Recorder, in accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA).
