Authorize a budget transfer to transfer $14,090 from Account No. 100.40.4031- 54500 – Public Works Facilities Contracted Services to Account No. 100.80.8100- 54500-CIP No. P50018 – Recreation & Parks Contracted Services; 3. Accept the work as complete for the Pico Park Paving Project (CIP No. P50018) construction by CS Legacy Construction, Incorporated, and authorize the City Clerk to file the Notice of Completion (NOC) with the Los Angeles County Registrar-Recorder; and 4. Authorize the City Manager to release the retention payment to CS Legacy Construction, Incorporated following the mandatory waiting period from the date the NOC is recorded.
