Accept the work as completed for the Water Well Nos. 1, 3, 11 and 12 Rehabilitation Project (CIP No. 21337) constructed by Weber Water Resources CA, LLC (Weber) and authorize the Authority Secretary to file the Notice of Completion with the Los Angeles County Registrar-Recorder; and 2. Authorize the Executive Director to release the retention payment to Weber following the mandatory waiting period from the date the Notice of Completion is recorded.
