Award a Professional Services Agreement for a term of three (3) years in the total amount not-to-exceed $2,000,000 to Stephen Doreck Equipment Rentals, Inc. to provide on-call emergency water system repair services; and 3. Authorize the Executive Director to execute the agreements in a form approved by the City Attorney.
