- 1. Approve the attached resolution ratifying the purchase and sale agreement (PSA) with the City of Montebello (Seller) and the City of Pico Rivera, (City) for the real property identified as 5055 Passons Boulevard (Property) and determine that the approval is categorically exempt pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines Section 15312 – Class 12 Surplus Government Property Sales and the Commonsense Exemption under CEQA Guidelines Section 15060(c)(3); 2. Accept the Los Angeles County Regional Park and Open Space District grant of $1,000,000 and amend the fiscal year (FY) 2022-23 budget accordingly; 3. Approve an appropriation of $1,000,000 for the cost of the land and amend the FY 2022-23 budget accordingly; and 4. Approve an additional appropriation of $270,000 from the unappropriated General Fund balance to be transferred to the Capital Project Fund to fund the remaining unfunded cost of the land.
