- 1. Accept bid numbers 1 through 4 and deem bids numbers 5 through 9 as non- responsive, as shown in the bid summary table below; 2. Award a construction contract for a not-to-exceed amount of $213,390 to Addison-Miller, Inc. for the Annual Sidewalk Improvement Project, CIP No. 50080; and authorize the City Manager to execute the Contract (Enclosure 1) in a form approved by the City Attorney; 3. Authorize the City Manager to approve change orders, as needed, in an amount not-to-exceed $42,000, (approximately 20% of the total contract amount) for construction contingency; and 4. Approve the Notice of Exemption (NOE) for the subject project (Enclosure 2) and authorize the City Clerk to file the NOE with the County Recorder, in accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA).
