1. Accept the work as completed for Rosemead Boulevard Road Rehabilitation Project, CIP No. 50041 constructed by R.J. Noble Company and authorize the City Clerk to file the Notice of Completion with the Los Angeles County Registrar- Recorder; and 2. Authorize the City Manager to release the retention payment to R.J. Noble Company following the mandatory waiting period from the date the Notice of Completion is recorded.

The initial motion still stands noting that Councilmember Garcia recused himself and did not participate in the vote of item no. 3.
