Award a Professional Services Agreement (PSA) to Passage Entertainment Inc. for sound and audio engineering at all City Special Events, in the amount not-to- exceed $300,000, for a three-year term with a not-to-exceed amount of $100,000 per year with the option to extend for a total of two (2) years; and 2. Authorize the City Manager to execute all documents necessary for the purchase and PSA submission and/or related agreement in a form approved by the City Attorney.
