Award a Professional Services Agreement (PSA) to VCS Sound and Lighting for the stage, lighting, and an LED screen at all City Special Events, in the amount not-to-exceed $300,000, for a three-year term with a not-to-exceed amount of $100,000 per year with the option to extend for a total of two (2) years; and 2. Authorize the City Manager to execute all documents necessary for the PSA submission and/or related agreement in a form approved by the City Attorney.
