Approve Change Order No. 3 (Enclosure 1) for changes to the contract plans and specifications for the ADA City Hall/City Hall West Project, CIP No. 50073 (Project), in the amount of $164,772 for a new total not-to-exceed construction contract amount of $858,869; and 3. Authorize the City Manager or his designee to issue Change Order No. 3 for the Project.
