(Mariposa) in the amount not-to-exceed $187,700, which includes $126,200 ($21,028 per month) for routine maintenance services on a month-to-month basis for six (6) months maximum and $61,500 ($20,475 per month) for services rendered from July through September 2023; and 2. Authorize the City Manager to execute the amendment in a form approved by the City Attorney.
