Legacy Construction, Inc. and authorize the City Clerk to file the Notice of Completion with the Los Angeles County Registrar-Recorder; and 2. Authorize the City Manager to release the retention payment to C.S. Legacy Construction, Inc. following the mandatory waiting period from the date the Notice of Completion is recorded.
