Increase the budget for Pico Rivera Water Authority (PRWA) Fund revenue (Account No. 550.00.0000-43250) by $42,500 for fiscal year 2023-2024; and 3. Authorize the City Manager to execute a lease agreement in a form approved by the City Attorney.
