Accept the work as completed for the ADA City Hall / City Hall West Project, (CIP Nos. 50035 and 50073) constructed by Empire Design & Build LLC (Empire) and authorize the City Clerk to file the Notice of Completion with the Los Angeles County Registrar-Recorder; and 2. Authorize the City Manager or his designee to release the retention payment to Empire following the mandatory waiting period from the date the Notice of Completion is recorded.
