Award a Professional Services Agreement to Infrastructure Management Services, LLC (IMS), to prepare and update the Pavement Management Program Update (Non-CIP No. 30057) for an amount not-to-exceed $67,459 and authorize the City Manager to execute an agreement in a form approved by the City Attorney; and 2. Authorize the City Manager or his designee to process change orders, as needed, in an amount not-to-exceed a $6,750 contingency (approximately 10% of the total contract amount) for unforeseen field conditions during data collection.
