Award a Construction Contract, in a form approved by the City Attorney for an amount not-to-exceed $152,325 to Morrow Trenchless, LLC for the Mines Avenue Storm Drain Improvements Project, CIP No. 50114; 2. Authorize the City Manager or designee to process change orders, as needed, in an amount not-to-exceed $16,000, approximately 10% of the total contract amount, for construction contingency; 3. Amend the fiscal year 2024-25 Adopted Budget by appropriating $230,000 in Measure W Funds (Fund 209) to Account No. 209.70.7300-54500-50114; and 4. Approve the Notice of Exemption for the subject project and authorize the City Clerk to file the Notice of Exemption with the County Recorder, in accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act.
