- 1. Authorize the City Manager to execute a Software Provider Agreement with Insight Public Sector, Inc. (Insight), in a form approved by the City Attorney, for the 3-year licensing renewal of the Microsoft Office 365 (Office 365) Government Plan for the City, in an amount not-to-exceed $230,238; and 2. Authorize the City Manager or his designee to approve change orders in an amount not-to-exceed 15% of the total agreement amount, as needed for unforeseen add-on and/or program purchases.
