- 1. Approve Amendment No. 4 to Contractual Services Agreement No. 19-1876 with Tanko Lighting, Inc. (Tanko), increasing the contract amount by $337,000 for an annual total amount of $517,000 to provide ongoing operation and maintenance services for the City’s streetlight system for fiscal year (FY) 2024-25; 2. Appropriate $337,000 from the Lighting Assessment District Fund (Fund 230) for streetlight maintenance services to Account No. 230.40.4990-54500 (Contracted Services) for the immediate installation of street light pole replacements; and 3. Authorize the City Manager to execute the amendment in a form approved by the City Attorney.
