Approve a resolution approving the Master Cooperative Agreement (MCA) by and between the City of Pico Rivera (City) and the Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority (LACMTA) related to the Eastside Transit Corridor Phase 2 Project (ESP2 Project); and 2. Authorize the City Manager or his designee to accept and execute the cooperative agreement in a form approved by the City Attorney.
