1. Approve the plans and specifications for the Pico Park Prefabricated Restroom Project (CIP NO. 50085) (Project); 2. Award a Construction Contract for a not-to-exceed amount of $135,920 to Diamond Construction & Design for the Pico Park Prefabricated Restroom Project, CIP No. 50085; and authorize the City Manager to execute the contract in a form approved by the City Attorney; 3. Authorize the City Manager or his designee, to approve change orders, as needed, in an amount not-to-exceed $20,400 (approximately 15% of the total contract amount) for construction contingency; and 4. Approve the Notice of Exemption (NOE) for the subject project and authorize the City Clerk to file the NOE with the County Recorder, in accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA).
