Accept the work as completed for the Mines Avenue Storm Drain Improvements Project, CIP No. 50114 constructed by Morrow Trenchless, LLC and authorize the City Clerk to file the Notice of Completion (NOC) with the Los Angeles County Registrar-Recorder; and 2. Authorize the City Manager to release the retention payment and all other monies due to Morrow Trenchless, LLC, following the mandatory waiting period from the date the NOC is recorded.
