Accept the work as completed for the Alebrije Dog Park Project (Project), CIP No. 50068, constructed by Green Giant Landscape, Inc., and authorize the City Clerk to file the Notice of Completion (NOC) with the Los Angeles County Registrar- Recorder; and 2. Authorize the City Manager or his designee to release the retention and all other monies to Green Giant Landscape, Inc., following the mandatory waiting period from the date the NOC is recorded.
