Approve Exchange Agreement and Assignment of Federal Surface Transportation Program-Local (STP-L) Funds with Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority (Metro) in the amount of $186,322 as part of Metro’s STP-L Exchange Program from federal funds to state funds; 2. Authorize the City Manager to execute the Exchange Agreement in a form approved by the City Attorney; 3. Accept exchanged STP-L funds in the amount of $186,322 from Metro’s Exchange STP-L Exchange Program and approve an adjustment to the fiscal year (FY) 2025- 26 State Grant revenue budget by $186,322; and 4. Approve an adjustment to the FY 2025-26 State Grant expenditure budget by appropriating of $186,322 in the Contract Service account.
