Authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to process change orders for as- needed emergency repairs for a not-to-exceed amount of $20,000 in fiscal year (FY) 2026-27; and 3. Authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment No. 2 to Agreement No. 22- 2114 in a form approved by the City Attorney.
