Award a Professional Services Agreement to Matrix Audio Visual Designs, Inc., to provide audio visual and information technology (AV/IT) integration services for the Smith Park Aquatic Center Renovation Project, CIP No. 50043, for an amount not- to-exceed $350,171 and authorize the City Manager to execute the agreement in a form approved by the City Attorney; and 2. Authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to process change orders, as- needed, not exceeding a contingency amount of $35,000 (approximately 10% of the total contract amount).
