Amend the fiscal year (FY) 2021-22 adopted budget by appropriating additional funding in the amount of $50,000 in Measure W Funds to Account No. 209.70.7300.54500-50040 (Measure W Funds); and 4. Approve the Notice of Exemption (NOE) for the subject project and authorize the City Clerk to file the NOE with the County Recorder, in accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA).
