- 1. Approve the plans and specifications for the Senior Center ADA and Safety Improvements – Parking Lot Project, CIP No. 50022; 2. Award a construction contract for a not-to-exceed amount of $322,807 to C.S. Legacy Construction, Incorporated for the Senior Center ADA and Safety Improvements – Parking Lot Project, CIP No. 50022; and authorize the City Manager to execute the contract in a form approved by the City Attorney; 3. Authorize the Public Works Director to process change orders in an amount not- to-exceed 10% of the total project amount, as needed, up to $32,281 for construction contingency; 4. Amend the FY 2021-22 budget to reallocate CDBG funds from the Senior Center ADA and Safety Improvements – Bathroom Project, CIP No. 50036 in the amount of $242,920 from account 280.70.7300-54500-50036 and from the Teen Center Renovation & Broadband – Design Project, CIP 50034 in the amount of $98,357 from account 280.70.7300-54500-50034 in FY 2021-22 to be allocated to account 280.70.7300-54500-S50022 in FY 2021-22 for CIP No. 50022 utilization; and 5. Approve the Notice of Exemption (NOE) for the subject project (Enclosure 1) and authorize the City Clerk to file the NOE with the County Recorder, in accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA).
