1. Approve a resolution memorializing the approval of the purchase prices and disclaiming interesting of both properties; 2. Authorize the Mayor to execute the updated Chapter 8 Agreement No. 2839 allowing for the sale of the property with Assessor Parcel Number 6379-001-005 between the Los Angeles County Treasurer and Tax Collector and the Los Angeles County Flood District in the amount of $6,720; and 3. Authorize the Mayor to execute the Chapter 8 Agreement No. 2858 allowing for the sale of the property with Assessor Parcel Number 8176-002-004 between the Los Angeles County Treasurer and Tax Collector and the Los Angeles County Flood District in the amount of $4,959.
