Award a Professional Services Agreement to Dahlin Group, Inc. to provide Architect/Engineer (A-E) services for design and construction support for all Tasks related to the Smith Park Aquatic Center Renovation, Project, CIP No. 50043 for an amount not-to-exceed $359,000 for Tasks 1-3; and a fee to be mutually agreed upon and approved by City Council at a future date for Tasks 4- 9, and authorize the City Manager to execute the agreement in a form approved by the City Attorney; and 2. Authorize the Public Works Director to process change orders, as needed, in an amount not-to-exceed $53,850 (15% of the total contract amount for Tasks 1-3) for design contingency.
