Approve the attached resolution ratifying the purchase and sale agreement (PSA) with the Veterans of Foreign Wars (Seller) and the City of Pico Rivera, (City) for the City’s acquisition of the real property identified as 4865 Durfee Avenue (Property) and determine that the approval is exempt pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines Commonsense Exemption under Section 15060(c)(3); 2. Amend the fiscal year (FY) 2022-23 adopted budget by increasing the General Fund revenue by $928,625 for the disposal of 3900 Baybar Road; and 3. Amend FY 2022-23 adopted budget by increasing the General Fund appropriation by $510,000 for the acquisition of 4865 Durfee Avenue.
