Approve Exchange and Assignment of Federal Surface Transportation Program- Local (STP-L) and Highway Infrastructure Program (HIP) Funds with Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority (Metro) in the amount of $1,077,759 as part of Metro’s STP-L Exchange Program from federal funds to state funds; 2. Authorize the City Manager to execute the Exchange Agreement in a form approved by the City Attorney; 3. Accept exchanging STP-L and HIP funds in the amount of $1,077,759 from Metro’s STP-L Exchange Program and increase the fiscal year (FY) 2022-23 budget for Revenue Account No. 699.00.0000-45776.50066 (State Funds) by the net change amount of $37,036; and 4. Approve an appropriation of the net change amount of $37,036 from Metro’s STP-L Exchange Program funds and amend the fiscal year (FY) 2022-23 budget for Expense Account No. 699.70.7300-54500.50066 (Contracted Services) by the same amount.
