1. Authorize the City Manager to establish an on-call list for landscape architect and design work, consisting of the three highest scoring firms; RHA Landscape Architects-Planners, Inc., David Volz Design, and Hirsch & Associates, Inc for a performance period of three (3) base years and two (2), one-year options to extend as authorized by the City Manager; 2. Authorize the City Manager, or their designee, to issue individual task orders and execute professional service agreements as needed for a not- to-exceed amount of $500,000 for each firm designated to serve as part of the panel of on-call consultants and used for task requested projects.

Motion carries by the following roll call vote: Item No. 3 was inadvertently pulled from the agenda. The initial motion still stands noting that Councilmember Garcia recused himself and did not participate in the vote of item no. 3.
