Approve a 63-month lease-purchase agreement with Leaf Capital Funding, LLC for a Programmable Cutter and Friction Feed folder for the Konica Minolta C4070 Copier in the amount of $33,636 for the lease plus $3,438 for estimated taxes for a total of $37,073; 3. Approve a 63-month maintenance agreement with IBE Digital for maintenance and operations of the Konica Minolta C4070 copier machine and related equipment in the Parks and Recreation Department in the amount of $63,000; and 4. Authorize the City Manager to execute all documents related to the copier lease and maintenance agreement in a form approved by the City Attorney.
