Authorize the City Manager to process change orders in an amount not-to- exceed 10% of the total project amount, as needed, up to $16,071 for construction contingency; 4. Amend the fiscal year (FY) 2022-23 adopted budget by appropriating an additional $75,000 from Fund 200 to Account No. 200.70.7300.54500-50010; and 5. Approve the Notice of Exemption (NOE) for the subject project (Enclosure 2) and authorize the City Clerk to file the NOE with the County Recorder, in accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA).
