Amend the fiscal year (FY) 2023-24 Adopted Budget by appropriating $230,000 in Measure W Funds (Fund 209) to Account No. 209.70.7300-54500-50114; and 4. Approve the Notice of Exemption (NOE) for the subject project and authorize the City Clerk to file the NOE with the County Recorder, in accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA).
