Award a Professional Services Agreement, in a form approved by the City Attorney, for a term of five (5) years in the total amount not-to-exceed $250,000 to John L. Hunter and Associates to provide on-call plan check engineering services; 3. Award a Professional Services Agreement, in a form approved by the City Attorney, for a term of five (5) years in the total amount not-to-exceed $125,000 to TKM Engineering to provide on-call plan check engineering services; and 4. Award a Professional Services Agreement, in a form approved by the City Attorney, for a term of five (5) years in the total amount not-to-exceed $125,000 to TKE Engineering, Inc. to provide on-call plan check engineering services.
