Authorize the City Manager or designee to process change orders in an amount not- to-exceed 10% of the total amendment, as needed, up to $69,650 for contingency purposes; 3. Find the approval of Amendment No. 4 to Agreement No. 18-1825, to be pursuant to Pico Rivera Municipal Code Section 3.20.030 (B), in order to modify agreement compensation, scope of work, and extend the term for Landscape Maintenance Services with Mariposa Landscapes, Inc.; and 4. Authorize the City Manager to execute the amendment in a form approved by the City Attorney.
