Approve Amendment No. 2 to Professional Services Agreement No. 23-2155 with Dahlin Group, Inc. for an additional amount not-to-exceed $6,000, for a total contract amount not-to-exceed $84,500 to provide design services for the Teen Center Renovation Project, CIP 50100; 2. Approve Contract Change Order No. 6 and Contract Change Order No. 7 with MBC Enterprises for an additional amount not-to-exceed $199,262; and 3. Authorize the City Manager or designee to execute Amendment No. 2 to Professional Services Agreement No. 23-2155 with Dahlin Group, Inc. in a form approved by the City Attorney and Contract Change Orders Nos. 6 and 7 with MBC Enterprises.
