Approve Amendment No. 1 to Agreement No. 21-2018 with West Coast Arborists Inc. to provide tree maintenance services for an annual amount not-to-exceed $440,000 and to exercise the first of two (2) one-year optional extensions for tree maintenance services; 2. Authorize the City Manager or his designee to process change orders in an amount not-to-exceed 7% of the total agreement amendment, as needed, up to $30,000 for emergency contingency purposes; and 3. Authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment No. 1 in a form approved by the City Attorney.
