Approve Amendment No. 4 to Agreement No. 21-2018 with West Coast Arborists Inc. to cover the cost of $45,000 for emergency tree removal services and to exercise the second of two (2) one-year option extensions for tree maintenance services for an annual amount of $455,000 for FY 2025-26, for a total not-to- exceed contract amount of $500,000; 2. Approve the appropriation and payment of $45,000 in Landscape and Lighting Assessment District Funds (Fund 230) to Account No. 230.40.4030-54500, for emergency tree removal services in fiscal year (FY) 2024-25; and 3. Authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment No. 4 in a form approved by the City Attorney.
