1. Authorize the purchase and installation of a PIVOT field system for the Smith Park Turf Replacement Project CIP No. 50115) in the amount of $1,198,371 from The Kya Services, LLC, by way of the CivicBuys Program, Contract No. 3570; 2. Authorize the City Manager or his designee to approve change orders, as needed, in an amount not-to-exceed $60,000 (approximately 5% of the total contract amount) for construction contingency; 3. Authorize the City Manager to execute all documents related to the purchase and installation of the field system; and 4. Approve the Notice of Exemption for the subject project and authorize the City Clerk to file the Notice of Exemption with the County Recorder, in accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act.
