1. Award a Construction Contract for a not-to-exceed amount of $142,120 to CJ Concrete Construction, Inc., for the American with Disabilities Act (ADA) Sidewalk Improvements – Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Project, CIP No. 50118, and authorize the City Manager to execute the contract in a form approved by the City Attorney; 2. Approve the plans and specifications for the ADA Sidewalk Improvements – CDBG Project, CIP No. 50118; 3. Authorize the City Manager or his designee to process change orders in an amount not-to-exceed 30% of the total construction contract amount, as needed, up to $ 42,600 for construction contingency; and 4. Approve the Notice of Exemption (NOE) for the subject project and authorize the City Clerk to file the NOE with the County Recorder, in accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA).
