Award a Professional Services Agreement to Turbo Data Systems, Inc. for administrative and parking citation processing and software maintenance services, in the amount not-to-exceed $195,000 over three (3) years, with two (2) one-year extensions of $65,000 per year at the City Manager’s discretion; 2. Authorize the City Manager to execute agreement in a form approved by the City Attorney; and 3. Authorize the City Manager or his designee to approve change orders in an amount not-to-exceed 15% of the total agreement, as needed for unforeseen services.
