1. Accept the work as completed for the Pico Rivera Regional Bikeway Project, Federal Project No. ATPL-5351 (032), CIP No. 21280, constructed by Griffith Company and authorize the City Clerk to file the Notice of Completion with the Los Angeles County Registrar-Recorder; 2. Approve Contract Change Order No. 5 in the total amount of $384,011 for additional work performed on the project and authorize the City Manager or his designee to execute the contract change order; 3. Approve an appropriation of $70,000 from the Measure W Fund (Fund 209) balance to CIP No. 21280, Account No. 209.70.7300.54500-CIP21280, to close out the Project; and 4. Authorize the City Manager to release the retention and all other monies due in accordance with the statutory waiting period upon recordation of the Notice of Completion.
