Award a Professional Services Agreement to TKJM Transportation Consultants to provide engineering services for the development of the Citywide Comprehensive Safety Action Plan (Non-CIP No. 30060) for an amount not-to- exceed $320,062 and authorize the City Manager to execute the agreement in a form approved by the City Attorney; and 2. Authorize the City Manager or his designee to process change orders, as- needed, not exceeding a contingency amount of $33,000 (approximately 10% of the total contract amount).
