1. Approve Amendment No. 1 to Professional Services Agreement No. 24-2409 with IMEG Consultants Corp. (IMEG) for an additional amount of $43,325, increasing the total contract amount not-to-exceed $182,700 to provide design services for the Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) at Rivera Park and Pico Park Gymnasiums, CIP No. 50069 Project (Project); 2. Authorize the City Manager or his designee to execute Amendment No. 1 in a form approved by the City Attorney; and 3. Authorize the City Manager or his designee to process change orders, as needed, in an amount not-to-exceed of $27,405 (approximately 15% of the total contract amount) for unforeseen design and technical construction-support contingency.
