1. Approve a resolution approving the Amended and Restated Joint Exercise of Powers Authority Agreement; 2. Authorize the City Manager to execute the Amended and Restated Joint Exercise of Powers Authority Agreement with the Los Angeles Gateway Region Integrated Regional Water Management Joint Powers Authority (Gateway Water Management Authority or GWMA); 3. Approve the Third Amendment to the Memorandum of Understanding with the GWMA to prepare and implement Watershed Management Programs and Coordinated Integrated Monitoring Program for the Lower Los Angeles River Watershed (LLARW), and authorize the City Manager to execute the amendment in a form approved by the City Attorney; and 4. Approve the Third Amendment to the Memorandum of Understanding with GWMA to prepare and implement Watershed Management Programs and Coordinated Integrated Monitoring Program for the Lower San Gabriel River Watershed (LSGRW) and authorize the City Manager to execute the amendment in a form approved by the City Attorney.
