Authorize the City Manager to enter into Amendment No. 1 to Master Services Agreement No. 24-2393 and Addendums with Netwatch North America, Inc., in a form approved by the City Attorney to extend proactive video monitoring services at various City sites, as authorized under the City of Pico Rivera’s sole source procurement procedures, in an amount not-to-exceed $446,803 for the first three (3) years, beginning in December 2024, through December 2027, with the option for two (2), five-year (5-year) extensions.
